Advanced data analytics will transform project delivery, saving billions. However, introducing these new ways of thinking and working to an organisation is not straightforward: we need to get the business on side first. In this highly interactive workshop, James Lea will explore the principles underpinning successful change initiatives. He will then review the art of the possible through case studies and workshop debate.
Please come prepared to share your experiences positioning for and deploying advanced data analytics in your organisation. Together we will shape and refine compelling arguments for deploying advanced data analytics techniques in your organisation, winning hearts and minds.
