PMI London Event
Project Management, naturally!
29th August 2019 at 6 pm
University of Westminster, 35 Marylebone Road, London, NW1 5LS
Main Speaker: Irena Ljubuncic
In the world of project management, we usually focus on the project itself; on the deliverables, the budget and the timeline. Few of us stop to think of how it all fits into the bigger picture – the program, the portfolio, the business roadmaps, the market, the industry, the world...
This talk suggests that projects follow the fundamental principles of human/biological evolution, and that project management naturally supports innovation and technological progress. The purpose of this session is to raise awareness among fellow project managers of the mechanisms and processes that have advanced our kind since the dawn of humanity.
Please join this session where we will explore the basics of evolution and innovation, understand people’s natural aversion to change and learn how to better manage change both in our projects, and in the projects’ environments.
