Safety: Project Reality
21st January 2019 at 6pm
BHGE offices, Stoneywood Office Complex/Stoneywood Pk North, Aberdeen AB21 7EA
Main Speaker: Tim Ingram
Calling upon his own project, regulatory and investigation experiences, Tim will take you through a mix of case studies examining the good, bad and downright ugly realities of projects examining how the deliverables, benefits realisation and safety outcomes are closely linked.
Tim will emphasise the role and significance of leadership, culture and governance in effective, efficient project performance and will explain the benefits of a ‘mindful safety leadership’ model for Project managers.
Tim will also discuss the benefits of proactive inclusion of safety and risk-based thinking at the outset of projects, how to maintain that focus during the project management phases and leave a safe and successful legacy.
